- LCLa Compagnie Creole6 days ago3.0Everyone here is pretty nice but I was recently disappointed with their shipping services. I had a prescription (just a piece of paper) to mail to an online pharmacy and said I needed the prescription to arrive within 1-2 days. I had originally requested overnight but the employee at PostNet said there were much cheaper options that would get there within 1-2 days. I obliged and appreciated the fact that they tried to save me money but I emphasized that I really needed this prescription to arrive in a timely manner and was assured it would. Well it’s 9 days later and the prescription is still not there. I paid $24 dollars for USPS priority and I had to cancel the pharmacy order and order from a different pharmacy. When I ordered from a different pharmacy I paid the same amount for UPS next day air and it got here as advertised - the next day. I wish Postnet would have presented this option instead of steering me towards USPS for no real reason. Apparently there’s no way to get money back from USPS and the paper will just arrive whenever. Not very convenient. In the future, I’ll just go directly to UPS or FedEx and avoid the confusion. Posting this for awareness so others can avoid the same issue.
