Kristen Jennings did her best to help me get a position that I would be happy with. She sent me emails and called me about job descriptions that fit my requirements, and stayed on top of the process from initial application to interview followup. Everyone there that I spoke with were friendly and helpful. I got the real sense that I was as important to the bottom line as the employers were. I would use InsightGlobal in the future if I ever have to look for work again.

A big contributor to their super-awesomeness is Ashley Fischer, my primary contact, who is an absolute pleasure to work with. That's not to discount the rest of the team though; everyone at Insight has been great and might all be rad as Ashley, but I can only speak from direct experience. Nicole C deserves an honorable mention as well. Tara too. I have nothing but positive things to say about all of them and the organization as a whole. [extended version] It's been well over a decade since I've been employed through a staffing agency and past experiences have predominantly resulted in a time/effort cost:gain ratio that fell somewhere between neutral to barely acceptable at best. Often they were a lot of hassle and little payoff. Suffice to say I wasn't excited about the prospect of working with an agency again but must say that I was pleasantly surprised by Insight Global. They are motivated, professional, and result-driven. Most of all, they have character. Anyone seeking job placement should definitely get in touch with Insight. Moreover, the next time I need to lean on 3rd party recruiters to boost my department's headcount I'm confident that Insight Global is the one and only resource I'll need to reach out to.
