Delivery driver delivered package to wrong house, didn't take a photo, and when we tried to call and track down where the driver had delivered the item or where the driver was, customer serrvice said it was not their problem because item had been "delivered." We are now having to drive up and down every street in our neighborhood trying to track down where the package actually ended up.

The following day, another update, another day off, the package was to arrive between 10:30am - 2:30 pm. Still no show. Fedex has really gone downhill!!! I could've had the package delivered by donkey faster!
