- EMElena MichaeliFeb 5, 20261.0For packages that go through this Fedex center- Fedex do everything the opposite of delivering a package. For a package requiring signature, they’ll take a picture of some closed door in your vicinity, and lie that you weren’t there. For a package you ask to pick up from the shipping center due to situation above, some driver will take it with him in a truck to supposedly deliver it next day- without actually delivering again. Which means that you also cannot pick it up because it’s (again) with a driver. UNBELIEVABLE.

Delivery driver delivered package to wrong house, didn't take a photo, and when we tried to call and track down where the driver had delivered the item or where the driver was, customer serrvice said it was not their problem because item had been "delivered." We are now having to drive up and down every street in our neighborhood trying to track down where the package actually ended up.
