They are actually baiting cars for their booting company to charge high fees. Some cars are already parked there giving the illusion that the parking garage is open. The booting company people are hiding behind the building pillars just for you to come and park. I was new in the area and got charged $100.

Don't even attempt to ship important documents internationally from this location. They don't seem to be aware of how papers need to be shipped to Canada. I'm in an endless loop of the branch saying they can't help with a delivery issue, and the customer service line saying only the branch can help resolve the issue. Currently waiting for my papers to come back to me so that I can attempt to ship them again, just not with FedEx.

Do not support this store! They literally allow a parking/boot company to set up a whole racket in their lot after they closed! And Probably profit from it…. Last weekend, we were visiting from out of town, completely unfamiliar with the area, parked in a very closed FedEx parking lot at like 9 PM to run across the street to grab desert real quick. 15 mins later, came out to our rental car booted! It gets worse!! When I called the number on the ticket stuck to my window, the tow/boot guy was literally acrossed the street camped out waiting for us to call. He took $100 off our bill because he happens to still be in the area…when we questioned him about why there was another car in the lot, parked directly next to us with no boot on, he said oh that’s my coworkers. They literally set up a decoy!!! A racket!! Beware!!! Do better Fedex, completely understand you doing that while open but after hours!

Horrible company protecting their parking lot. Used a red bait car to get people to park in lot and had a guy waiting. My family used lot to buy from food truck across the street and some guy standing by “protecting” empty lot put boot on car. $200 to get off. Was rude and asked didn’t we see no parking sign. No sir was dark and was watching for predestinations not looking for your small sign. Money scam and you’re all in with it I believe. FedEx do better. Quit scamming your community. As a business owner from out of state visiting your state that uses your services often, not any more.
