Parked here for 5 minutes at 10:30 PM while the FedEx location was closed, just to walk across the street with my family. Came back immediately to my car booted. There is supposedly a “No Parking” sign, but it was covered by a tree, unlit, and the text was extremely small. It was not visible at night at all. When I asked the man who booted my car to read the sign himself, he couldn’t. The booting company also parks their own car in the lot, making it look like valid parking. I was forced to pay $200 on the spot. In just 15 minutes, I warned multiple other drivers from parking and getting booted the same way. Judging by the many similar reviews, this feels like a setup to trap drivers, not legitimate enforcement. Avoid this lot.
