Would give 0/5 if possible. Paid for 2 day express shipping for an Austin to Dallas delivery (TX to TX). Promised by the store manager that it would arrive in 2 days (by Wed). 4 days later on Fri, and the package was nowhere to be found and got routed to CALIFORNIA. Incompetent company and staff, do not recommend.

This location is honestly a shame. The employees themselves are nice, but the management clearly tries to cover up their business deficiencies with predatory parking enforcement. My vehicle was booted — while still running with hazard lights on — as I was picking up a food order for Uber Eats. I was parked for no more than 45 seconds. They charged me $100. It’s obvious they know delivery drivers will briefly park for quick pickups, especially when there are five food trucks (no parking) but a closed FedEx apparently owning the whole lot. Instead of finding a reasonable solution, they profit from penalizing drivers who are simply trying to do their jobs. No 5 minutes limit like other parking lot in Austin. This feels less like parking enforcement and more like a trap.

Came from out of state for a recruitment drive. I ordered the wrong type of banner and Andrew was extremely helpful and accommodating! He was able to reprint it on the spot which saved me a big headache. Thank you!
