I went in there just to send a return. I waiting in line very long and when I got to the front the person helping me started helping the person next in line? I was just waiting for the receipt. They helped a few people before I said "hey ... could I just get the receipt?" and they said "hold on" and kept helping the people after me in line. After four more people they started working on a big order where they had to print a lot of things and put them on boxes while I was just standing there, all they had to do was hand me a receipt. I said "Hey ..." one more time and they ignored me so I took my package and walked to a different location down the street it took less that 5 minutes.

Could NOT wait to get me out of there 😂 God forbid these people work a second after 7pm when I’m trying to get something printed off. I explained to them twice what I was doing and then the manager proceeded to explain how long the email takes to come in as if waiting 5-10 minutes for an email to come in was too long for her. Disappointing.

Scott and his team always go above and beyond with our printing needs. They greet me by name every time I walk in, which makes the experience so personal and welcoming. They’re friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to guide me through the areas of graphics and printing I’m not familiar with. Their customer service and attention to detail make all the difference — highly recommend and THANK YOU!
