Awful experience. Initial clerk was fine and nice enough, but after that, it was a total disaster.
I discussed with the clerk that I need a package delivered no later than a certain date, and determined express shipping was the most appropriate option. I was also guaranteed that this item would get there by this stated day, even if there were delays in the express, if for whatever reason. The package ended up being delayed, and I was not notified whatsoever. I called customer service and they said there is nothing I can do but wait until it's delivered....I asked how to get a refund and they told me to start a claim online. I go and make an account, and provide all of my personal information, including my credit card info........I proceed to file a claim and there is 4 predisposed answers to choose from and of course mine is not there. I call customer service back to ask for help on the claim and was told I cannot initiate the claim until it has been delivered. This was then escalated and I was told to "keep my ringer on and expect a call from a manager". No one called. They took my package and money and offered zero recourse. Never will I ever use this service ever again and never could I recommend it. I will go to USPS or UPS or literally any other place at this point for the rest of my life and will encourage all I know to do so as well. I know this review means little to the overall impact of the company but this is actually bogus and not a service worth anyone's time nor money.
