After speaking with several competitors who expressed doubt about my print project, Zoie took a solutions-oriented approach and immediately inspired confidence. Her communication was clear and efficient—she walked me through the process, educated me on the best path forward, and delivered the project ahead of schedule. I would recommend this location to anyone, regardless of project size or complexity.
- PBParmer BybeeJan 31, 20265.0There were at least 5 service stations in operation with 3 staff members servicing guests and a few more floating around. Everyone was being vocal, friendly and fast! One staff member was waiting at the door, greeting and sanitizing after guests. 10/10 experience

She had a scowl, was rude to her employees and other customers, and was dressed inappropriately for her position (no uniform, casual, ill-fitting clothing). She looked miserable and made those around her miserable. FedEx corporate should fire her immediately for such an awful representation of their brand and company. I will not be returning to this location to avoid being around her darkness. I feel bad for the workers there.

I caught her name on the way out but I can’t exactly remember, I think Zoe? Anyways, she banged it out for me, got it printed and it was exactly what I was looking for. She seemed excited and was enjoying the work on adobe to get the images to match. Great attitude and a positive employee. She rocks!
