I had an extremely disappointing experience with Jason. His attitude was rude and unprofessional, and he showed little interest in providing basic customer service. Instead of being helpful, he was dismissive and spoke in a way that made the situation uncomfortable. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and would not recommend dealing with him based on this experience.

A FedEx package that was not ours was dropped in our driveway by a FedEx truck. I drove 20 minutes to the closest FedEx store (South Park meadows) to drop it off so they could get it to the proper customer. I walked in and was told by the one staff person working on Wednesday morning, Oct 11th that he couldn't do anything and it was my responsibility to call FedEx and get it taken care of. I'm sorry but why kind of company/employee tells a customer that the company's fault is now the customer's fault. That a FEDEX STORE could NOT call and schedule a pickup for delivery but I would have to! They had THEIR customer waiting on a package and could care less about getting it to them. It was now an innocent bystander's responsibility to handle it. Y'all. This does not make me feel like my future packages are safe when a FedEx store won't even handle a situation like this. When I said all this and protested the insanity and inefficiency of FedEx to the clerk he responded, "you should be a Good Samaritan and do the right thing and call them." Excuse me, a Good Samaritan picks something up out of the driveway and drives it to a store to make sure it gets to the rightful owner. I called and sat on their 1800 number for 15 minutes trying to get the prompt to get me to the right person to deal with this package, that is NOT even mine to deal with! Ridiculous customer service, shoddy company policy and shameful store. I literally can't believe how a company like this is in business. Beware if FedEx ever "loses" a package of yours.
