  I was initially skeptical about placing a print order at this FedEx location because of its 2.8 rating, but decided to give them a chance. Unfortunately, the experience confirmed exactly why the rating is so low. I submitted a print order with clear instructions. When I arrived to pick it up, the job had been done incorrectly. Basic instructions were ignored and the prints were poorly executed. The manager acknowledged the mistake and said they would redo the order and call me when it was ready, which made my first trip to the store a complete waste of time. A few hours later I returned, only to notice the logo was missing from the prints. I pointed this out to a store associate whose name starts with “J.” Instead of taking ownership, he initially refused to help. After some back and forth and involvement from another senior associate, he finally agreed to correct it—but told me I would have to come back the next day, meaning yet another trip for the same order. I asked if he could simply send me a picture of the corrected prints once completed so I wouldn’t waste another trip if it was still wrong. He refused. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of accountability and customer care when the mistake was clearly on their end. This level of service is simply not acceptable for a professional print center. Don’t waste your time here!!!

  I visit this FedEx location twice a day because of my job, and I genuinely look forward to it every time. The entire team is consistently kind, professional, and welcoming. No matter how busy it gets, they always greet me with a smile and handle everything efficiently. It’s not easy to maintain that level of positivity day after day, especially in a fast-paced environment, but they do it effortlessly. Their customer service truly stands out, and it makes a big difference for someone like me who relies on them regularly. Thank you all for your hard work and for always making my visits a pleasant experience. It doesn’t go unnoticed. 🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶

  I had to ship something and this location is the nearest to my place. After reading some reviews I was bracing for a potential unpleasant experience. Ryan was super friendly and even got out of his way to show me recommendations for packaging products which were perfect and cost efficient. Overall a great super smooth experience. I even told Ryan that my experience was great and opposite than several reviews. I was in and out in literally less than 5 minutes. Unfortunately people only take the time to post negative reviews nowadays 👎🏼 I will gladly be back at this location, thanks!!

  You knew this was coming. You cut my business cards wrong. Was talking about it when I walked in and tried to sell me your mistake and blame it on my file as if I didn't center the image using indesige with business card presets. You clearly cut some correct and was less accurate to flat out wrong on the rest. You messed up the pagination. That's on you. Stop pretending to know anything about printing and just dont sell your mistakes. Throw them away or dont make them. Wasted my afternoon on this.

  I had an extremely disappointing experience with Jason. His attitude was rude and unprofessional, and he showed little interest in providing basic customer service. Instead of being helpful, he was dismissive and spoke in a way that made the situation uncomfortable. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and would not recommend dealing with him based on this experience.
