Broken self service machines going on for at least 6 months causing lines. Fax service not working at all wait wait wait and the *error *error *error. Finally employee Traveon needs to brush up on his customer service. This guy does not smile ever at customers, all attitude. Acts like helping is a big pain in the butt. At the same time, when its slow, he's not checking to see if stations have pens, staples, de nada! If you can't greet customers with a smile you need to get out of customer service. Finally, he once gave me a really hard time on how I wrapped a return to Samsung of a laptop. I boxed it according to manufacturer's specs but apparently Traveon hassled me (apparently wanted me to buy one of FedEx's $27.00 boxes). Thank goodness the driver was there an said he would take it. This is now the ghetto of FedEx's. Some employees are very good and some very bad.

Had a very customer centric experience with Micheal at this store. He was very thorough and patient in explaining different options available for us to get a digital print for one of our sacred religious picture for our prayer room. My wife was very satisfied with the end product. We will revisit this store for our future needs - esp. with Micheal being there. They do need more folks like him.

Other reviews here aren’t that favorable. I only spent about 12 minutes inside. But four out of four staff were all proactive, communicative, helpful, polite, and were covering for each other as they finished tasks. I’m not sure what else would be better for a shipping business. They did great work.

TAM is amazing! She helped me figure out how to print out a large scale sewing pattern. She’s invaluable and I hope she stays at this location for a long time!!
