I understand English and can speak it a little, but the employee named Joshua, who clearly looks Latino, told me he “didn’t speak Spanish.” Then he said he couldn’t send my documents to Mexico without the recipient’s ID, even though I have sent documents to Mexico many times just by providing the person’s name and address. His attitude felt discriminatory and unprofessional. I came back to this location because about a month ago another employee—who truly did not speak Spanish—helped me with great service. But this man, who is even more “paisa,” acted rude and honestly racist. I do not recommend this place.

The package was confirmed as delivered to a FedEx location, yet it was never released to me. FedEx personnel later acknowledged that surveillance footage exists showing what occurred, but despite repeated requests over several weeks, I have been unable to obtain that footage or receive a clear explanation of what happened to my property. At this point, the delay appears unnecessary and unreasonable, particularly given that FedEx has confirmed the existence of video evidence relevant to the loss. This is not a complex request — it is a basic expectation that a company entrusted with valuable shipments will act promptly, communicate clearly, and take ownership when something goes wrong. For a company that markets itself on reliability and trust, this experience has been deeply concerning. The emotional and financial impact of losing a valuable, irreplaceable item has been compounded by FedEx’s lack of responsiveness and failure to meaningfully resolve the issue.
