Such a waste of time to come all the way to the store for her to have that unkind attitude. Don’t come to this location!!

I got a call from the store and they said I'd either need to cancel my order and re-submit is so I could pay more, or I'd need to wait several more days than what my confirmation email stated, or I'd just need to go somewhere else to get my needs met. What? I feel like they gave me zero good options. I'm very displeased.

There is a particular employee at this location with facial tattoos who is aggressive, rude, unhelpful, and actually actively causes obstructions. When this man is working we do not drop off anything at this location. Luckily there is another location on Burnet and 183 so there is at least another option nearby until that employee is gone

Staff was extremely kind when I walked in and offered any help I needed with getting my documents printed and threw them in the secure shred container for me when I was done. Simple job and maybe 3 minutes in and out but I felt like my day was going better when I left and that’s always worth noting.
