- STSean TorrensSep 29, 20251.0This location is lucky I can’t give a 0 star review but to sum up my interaction Heather the manager is terrible customer service wise, and can’t even hold herself accountable so, imagine having to work with her or for her. It’s been 17 days since I came here and she told me she can’t ship out my package and would refund me. I’m still not refunded. Calvin is a terrible employee as well once he heard my name he knew exactly who I was said he’d take care of the situation and transferred me to a regular employee since he doesn’t have any accountability either.

All the hotel staff were super helpful with helping me locate the FedEx and TJ, the store manager, was so kind and knowledgeable. He got to me right away and went above and beyond. I had to go online and make a review immediately because my experience stood out so much. Thanks for the help TJ! You really made my day so much easier!
