- JAJhonatan AldamaOct 12, 20181.0They cancel your deliveries because they "can't fulfill", but tell you only 30 minutes before the delivery, even though it was scheduled days in advance. This has occurred multiple times.
- JJJakki JayApr 20, 20181.0Dropoff has failed more times than not. They are extremely unreliable and late. One time the restaurant told me the driver was late because he ordered his own food. Anytime their drivers are delayed they never call me and let me know, just in case I need to make other arrangements. I always need to stay on top of them. I will NEVER use them again. They just cause stress and inconvenience.
