  Vey close to airport. Very friendly service overall to explain the differences in between the shipping options! Nice one to get things done efficiently. Shipping before taking a flight, this is a good service office to get things done!

  DHL marked my package as “delivered,” but it was delivered to the wrong location and I never received it. I opened a case and still have no real response or resolution. This was time-sensitive for an event at my home, and DHL’s lack of accountability has been extremely frustrating. I do not recommend using DHL if your delivery actually matters.

  If I could rate lower than a 1 star I would. Driver drove by my house without delivering my product. Spent the next 2 hours on 6 separate phone calls being bounced around with each person claiming it “wasn’t their department”. Refused to give me a number for corporate. Googled the corporate number and called them, got nothing but attitude from the gentleman I spoke to who refused to help my case. Then got transferred to a gentleman who told me there was a mix up with the address and my package was in Australia AFTER I had paid the tariffs requested by dhl for my package to be imported to America 2 days prior. Whole system is a joke. Keep getting given the runaround and nobody is willing to take responsibility or help deal with tracking down the package

  stay away from DHL brokerage. every time they claim my Korean packages as Chinese, while all docs said made in Korea, shipped from Korea, provided many times. then initiate charge fro 50% of total cost as customs clearance, then I need a months to appeal as they reply once a week. charged 12,000$ excessive customs fees instead of 1500. total time longer than sea freight and cost triple the price. always confusing HTS codes despite that I provide them for every product. one time could be a mistake but this is a second time, nobody cares. I visited this facility , wrote to 3 emails, called to every phone available, nobody knows everything, no response , no feedback, once a week response imagine you paid for this. I'd never use it for even free of cost.

  I would not recommend getting international packages delivered using DHL. They will “attempt” to deliver and wait at the door for less than a minute - yes I checked on the camera the time the courier rang the doorbell and when I opened the door trying to wave him down. One minute 10 seconds and he was already in the truck halfway down the street. The shipper does not allow for signature release. Calling customer service for assistance is horrendous. I have called multiple times and currently waiting 7 hours for an escalated supervisor call back. The first supervisor put in my address incorrectly causing another day of my package being held. If you would like your package delivered, DO NOT USE DHL, unless you plan on sitting at your door during the delivery window.
