- NWNadja Wright4 days ago1.0Tried calling regarding my package , but they don’t answer the phone . Called customer service and they stated my package was a the Aubrey post office. An Aubrey male staff member called me back and was VERY RUDE! saying he sent my package back to the sender (in a negative tone) saying USPS customer service don’t know what they’re talking about so I need to listen! This was all before I could get any questions out regarding my package smh!

I call USPS in Aubrey, tell them about my complaint. They say sorry there’s nothing we can do about it. It was probably lost in a bunch of letters. When asked what to do about it, the agent said I can send another card and I should feel free to use other couriers. Honestly, not even taking any accountability. And we should trust our packages with this postal office? If there was 0 star I would give that
