- AAAlexOct 27, 20252.0This P.O. has a serious problem with delivering packages. When access to my property isn't available at the first attempt to deliever, the drivers don't make an attempt to deliver later the same day then lie and say I requested to have the package be kept at the P.O. I pay for priority/first class shipping and don't get what I pay for because of this office's laziness and unprofessionalism. SW Bexar Co., you're special, and not in a good way.

I called the day before and wasn't sure if I was going to get a call because the temp. Worker sounded unsure of what she's doing. I've been to this post office a few times and have always received friendly service from Mr. Terrence. He is easy to talk to and very helpful. Thank you!!

He began to tape each and every one of them.with no hesitation. and a smile on his face. He began to make this holiday season even easier for me.
