  Guy was literally pushing me away and trying to convince me to use a sister company.....very strange call. He said he had a line of people, basically, my call was just in his way. Would not take my order. Now I know why every UPS store has 3 stars on Google.

  This is the busiest UPS Store in Texas I believe, but the staff is always taking care of the customers as soon as possible. They are all very knowledgeable, especially Antoine!! He is super quick, very friendly & loves his job!!

  Antwaun is very efficient and kind. Had about 6-7 Amazon returns today and was out in seconds. Great store as always

  Every single employee at this location is a rockstar! We were worried after moving from the Kingwood area ( The UPS store in the back of Kingwood is also great!!) and having to go to a different location to handle our small business shipping needs but they have made the move for us amazing! We have a small business and see them every single day to get our shipments out and they treat us like family and always get us in and out really fast! I hope whoever owns this store takes care of them so they can keep and retain these staff members!
