- GCgrace carltonJan 5, 20261.0whoever the lady that works the front desk is… is RUDE. i asked (in a very kind way) if i could pickup a package before it went out for delivery tomorrow so i could have it in time. she immediately was passive aggressive acting like i should know that they get amazon packages at 6:00am and all other packages by 8:15am to be delivered for the day. when i called USPS customer service she explicitly told me my package was at the arp post office but got there minutes after my mail lady left to deliver for the day. the lady working went to “check” for my package & came back with a rude attitude. “i told you there’s nothing here.” i explained she didn’t have to be so rude and she said “well i’ve told you 3 times how it works. this is our office and how it goes here”. i’m so sorry i don’t work at the post office & know the ins & outs of packages being delivered. what i do know is the USPS representative told me my package was scanned in this morning after 8:30am at the arp post office and would be delivered tomorrow because they had just left. rude as heck lady that works the front desk. work on your customer service babe
- BMBrittany McDonaldJun 15, 20191.0I have now not received TWO packages in the last week that was supposed to be delivered by now. It says “usps cannot reach front door, back door, or mailbox”. This is absolutely ridiculous. You can gain access to ALL three of these locations. It’s just pure laziness and not wanting to put a box out. I don’t know if we have gotten a new delivery driver or what. But the last week has been just absolutely ridiculous. There is no excuse for this. This has NEVER been an issue in the past.
