POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION INCONVENIENT LOCATION NO PARKING ACCESS I have never really experienced and experience this horrific. All I really wanted was my package in a more efficient manner adding to the fact that I PAID a fee for the "convenience". Top of the list the WORST front desk service. After my visit inside the office to pick up a package I had used for an access point, no where to be found, take in consideration I had just traveled to Haselt, TX and was told I'd be found at my point location. 45 minutes later I arrived to the point location, nothing. I proceed to leave and decided to return and ask why was the package delivered to Dallas, TX then that 40 minute commute to Haselt, TX ??? No explanation. So I left, once I got to my car I decided MAYBE she could help where I can receive my package at my address instead as it was initially supposed to be sent there without PAYING and extra fees. Her answer, "No, we don't do that here"... Speaking as if she were irritated with the whole ordeal. I work in customer service and I totally understand poor service. I had paid for access point and the person before me was able to get his package with the TRUE fact that his order was not, although he did pay a fee in the end. But she could have helped me with another option. Over more, the location to where it's at. No parking, if there is parking it's in a garage. Thank goodness the attendant understood me and did not charge me for a parking fee. Once you arrive there is then a 5 minute walking distance around the center to the front door hotel. Which is why I probably sounded frantic because the distance and rushing in order to keep my word to the parking attendant that I wasn't going to be gone too long. Just a bad day.

I came here on 3/27, along with a friend, to each ship one box…a pair of cowboy boots. There were three ladies working the front desk. When I asked the clerk how much shipping would be, she said she would have to weigh it. She came back with a price of $68 plus whatever the price of the shipping box would be (another $15 dollars + $5 for insurance). This would have been fine except when they rang my friend up, they said his cost was $65 flat. We were both shipping the exact same package to the same location. Why would my package be an extra $22? The clerk said “they must have rung his up wrong” and they would just charge off his extra cost since they rung it up incorrectly. However, I would still need to pay the extra $22 if I wanted to ship. Why wouldn’t they give me the same price…or void my friend’s order and ring it up correctly since he was still in the store? That is bad business and deceptive practices. I told them not to worry, I would take my dollars elsewhere. Be careful at this location. I recommend not patronizing this location at all.

Not recommended. I paid for an outbound shipment utilizing a prepaid FedEx label. Cofirmed with the store this was possible and the associate suggested they could pick the package up for shipment after the event. Gave them the location and booth number. Confirmed the day of pick up at 1:30PM. NEVER PICKED UP. Shipment did not arrive in time for the next event. Completely unacceptable.
