  Calling FedEx for Customer Service for 3 days, when you call the voice machine keeps taking me over & over, and doesn't connects me with a representative and hang up. I call this store to see if they can help me, some guy name Luis answer the phone. I ask him nicely if he speak Spanish do to English is my second language. His reply was i do, but do to my policy I can't speak to you in Spanish. Like for real, 3 days trying to contact this company because an issue and now this. Last time doing business with fedex

  I went into this store today wasn’t greeted at all. It was a person in front of me so I stepped to the side to import the information onto my envelope waiting for my turn the lady working asked from behind the counter like I previously stated it was a person in front of me. I stated I needed information on the price of mailing a letter she preceded to give me the information I asked for. I preceded to walk out the door she stated would you like to purchased that envelope first of all I walked in the store with the envelope in my hand I didn’t go any farther in that store but over to the little counter which was to my left as she was giving me the information I was still standing by the same counter, stating well I had to ask, well you never so me walk towards where any of those envelopes were so why would you even ask me that question. It truly angered me and she steady talking, she was unprofessional and rude. Which I've noticed business hire people that are nasty and once it happens I don’t return and I let others know maybe to chose another location. I’ve been in this store many, many times and I haven’t had any issues with any employee that works there. Don’t assume anything when I walked in with the white envelope in my hand and never walked over to where there envelopes are displayed. I didn’t even know they were over there until she was stating I got one.

  Very professional, I print lots of papers for my college classes and the prices are pretty good. For the amount of papers I print for my classes, it doesn't make a huge dent in my checking account compared to other places.

  They charge to print for getting customer service at the front. Then ignore you. Like the job is easy as idk what, and their still pure jerks. It's paper for sakes! If you hate your job please do something else. It's bare minimum. ANYWAYS, The library is much more curterous than anything.
