When it came to the end where the little survey was on the screen asking about the service, she reached over and hit the smiley face without even giving me a chance to do anything. Didn't even bother saying thank you, habe a good day or anything.
- KFKeia FullerNov 9, 20231.0I went in to mail some pictures off I picked up 2 envelopes I messed up one so I threw it away & decided to put everything in one I go to check out & the mail lady von asked me did I get 2 envelopes I said yes I threw one away because I messed it up & she said okay & ended the conversation there I go to my car & look at my receipt von charged me for 2 envelopes now that’s fine if that’s the policy I’m not sure if it is or not but not telling me I’m going to be charged & just charging me is a problem overcharging is stealing to me please pay attention to what your being charged for before u leave out
- AVAquarius VibesJun 19, 20191.0Deplorable and disgusting customer service. I don't know who hires the "employees" there but they definitely need job training like Starbuck's had to go through. Some people get a job or a little position of authority and get beside themselves. I normally don't use this location to send my parcels and mail off, unfortunately I HAD to on 2 occasions. All 3 African American "customer service reps" working there have bad attitudes, talk too much, are argumentative and are untimely. There's a woman with short, low cut hair like a man that is a bully and very unprofessional. Speaks to you like a child and is rude. But you only are as professional as the people who train you. Whomever runs the corporate office that overlooks this location needs to really do some Spring Cleaning with the degenerates they've hired. Poor work ethic all across the board but from the looks of the other reviews this has BEEN ongoing. No need to reply to this message I NO LONGER go to this location. I'll stick to the other Post Offices I've frequented on Carrier PKWY where the attitude matches the sun that shines outside.
