I saw the negative reviews about this location, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I went in with a good attitude, hoping for a better experience. I was polite, said thank you, and stayed respectful, but the woman working there immediately looked at me like I was bothering her. Like, how dare I come in for a service? God forbid you have to do your job. She had one of the nastiest attitudes for absolutely no reason. It’s literally 9:30 in the morning, calm down. Do not come here unless you absolutely have no other option. Have the day you deserve.

Any of my packages that touch this post office are either lost or delayed for weeks. Ridiculous. Quit marking everything as delivered when they’re lost.

Bought a money order from here on a Thursday came back and tried to cash it gave me no reason as to why they can’t cash it. Then I come back every day till there open after 4pm still claim they either don’t have cash or try to tell me to prove that it’s my money order I BOUGHT IT AT THIS LOCATION AND SHOWED THE TRANSACTION ON MY PHONE, Now Monday comes, same run around and the manager comes from the back and lies directly in my face claiming they don’t have $600 in the register. Once I exit the building a customer that was in there before me told me directly to my face that they were lying and that she seen the money in the register. Crazy to be discriminated by my own people just based off my appearance.

I don’t understand three people working in front but only one helping customers. The passport person is not helping anyone the whole time people are waiting in line. The other person is on a personal call you can hear it. All this while a line is forming out the door. This place needs better management.

I wish i saw the reviews before booking my passport appointment at this location. If you need to renew your passport DO NOT come to this location because all they do is print out the money order ( and know the exact amounts) and the rest its on you because they don't know anything else. They only “do” new passport applications. No customer service or should I say only to certain people they are welcoming, I will never set foot on this place.
