Apparently they can't read instructions that say, "DELIVER TO LEASING OFFICE." They called me and left a message, and when I called back, they just answered and hung up without saying anything. Absolutely useless.

something is wrong with this location lately. never more than one cashier and the one cashier always takes forever to make transactions and is always disappearing at weird times during the day. here are some simple steps your giant organization could do to improve. good luck because damn you guys need it cause you need to do something about this place being hell on earth nowadays.
1. hire more cashiers. we live in a huge city so you're either not trying to hire new people or you're being lazy and don't care.
2. train the managers to work the register lol they always come out and have nothing to say or contribute that helps people waiting in line. and stop using that word monetary or whatever that nobody knows. it makes you look like jerks.

The lady at the counter is extremely rude — and says “I just work here” instead of being helpful - very poor customer service!

Big thanks to Nicole and Rhonda for setting aside my wallet and finding it when I accidently left it there on Christmas eve. You two saved me from a big headache, much appreciated and happy new year!

I visited this post office recently, and the experience was honestly awful. The lady working at the counter was mad, impatient, and incredibly rude. Every time I asked a simple question, she answered in a sharp, disrespectful tone of voice was loud
It felt like she didn’t want to help anyone. No greeting, no professionalism, just attitude. When you go to a post office, you expect basic customer service—not someone acting annoyed because you’re asking for information.
Definitely the worst experience I’ve had at a post office. Management really needs to address this.
