2 years ago I had an incident... I usually dont write reviews, but it still haunts my dreams. The horrific image of Paul reaching underneath the counter to reveal on blowtorch, and proceeding to scorch the poor man's package in front of a busy usps during rush hour. My therapist says I habe "PTSD" but I dont know if I believe in mental disabilities. The reason why I bring this up now is because I went back in, assuming he was fired of course, just for him to immediately eye me down. He seemed to recognize me and proceeded to scream, I couldnt quite make out was he was saying. I think hes going downhill. For his sake, please just let him go home. I ran out, dropping my box (which was fragile) but his scream shook me to the core. I just cant do this anymore. I might have to find a new therapist.

Every time I have gone in customer service has been great. Once I did wait in line for a long time but it was busy.

I've been here a few times and have had positive experiences. The employees are friendly. The only negative thing is when a clerk said I had to get a certain amount of stamps (I think around 20) to get the regular Star USA Forever ones, and so he gave me another type because I only got 10. Another clerk I visited this week said that wasn't true. I haven't had to get passport services, which is what most of the negative reviews seem to be about.

Went in at 11:58 on a Saturday. Office closes at 12. Only needed to get a large envelope for a package. The woman working behind the counter was so rude. She only looked at me and kept repeating "We're closed", but I still had 2 minutes. If you don't have the skill set of customer service, you should have, at the minimum, home training. Be kind. You can be closed AND kind. Now I have take time and submit a review because that energy not warranted or necessary. Do better. Sad that is not representative of other experiences I've had with USPS. So it was just her to be clear.

This particular branch have no work ethics. I requested a "redelivery" mail piece, stayed home all day so I can sign. THEY JUST LEFT A NOTE ON MY DOOR stating that I wasn't home , lazy ppl people!!! I didn't go anywhere so I can get my mail and came up with this BS Then I tried to call the office several times and NO ONE ANSWERED, I GO ONLINE AND THE STUPID VIRTUAL CHAT JUST DON'T HAVE A CLUE. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT. YOU CAN DO BETTER YOU GOT A JOB TO DO.
