- TATierra AndrewsNov 15, 20251.0Went in at 11:58 on a Saturday. Office closes at 12. Only needed to get a large envelope for a package. The woman working behind the counter was so rude. She only looked at me and kept repeating "We're closed", but I still had 2 minutes. If you don't have the skill set of customer service, you should have, at the minimum, home training. Be kind. You can be closed AND kind. Now I have take time and submit a review because that energy not warranted or necessary. Do better. Sad that is not representative of other experiences I've had with USPS. So it was just her to be clear.
