Heard a lot of bad things about this location. I had a good experience and the worker was very nice. Treat people like you want to be treated I think has been the problem there.

We have used this branch for years with no problems. Today i took my 80 yr old mother in to pick up a form which they did not have. When we walked in she was barking at another elderly lady about a package she wanted shipped. That lady left without sending her package. Now I get it that working alone is hard and she was mad at the world.
But don't bark and be rude to people looking for your help. (Your job)
We went in at between 1:30 and 2 pm on 10/31/25 and this lady was working alone and making sure everyone in line new she wasn't happy about it. Rude rude rude and it's just as easy to be kind
A younger me would have had some words talking to my mother like that.
If anyone reads these reviews you might review who was working that day at that time... alone at the front desk. She needs more training or a job in the back.
Not good with customers at all.

My life saving medication was delivered to the street behind me . Then they said it was at the post office which it was not . They delivered it to Algonquin Ave instead of cape cod. They tried to cover up their mistake. I will be going into the office to file a formal complaint.
