I will tell my sellers to never ship my packages by USPS ever again. The Supervisor woman lied to me about completing a driver follow up and when asked to apologize for not following through on her word, she got an attitude and said, she was listening to me disrespect her....What??? Woman you are the one being disrespectful for not showing empathy with customers.... Somebody needs to deal with that Supervisor before alot more packages come up missing in this building....My husband never got his package for Christmas. We have a camera to prove they lied said it was delivered....SMH

- FCFariidaa CookingDec 5, 20251.0I am so disappointed that I went this location ,the staff are careless and don’t help .I send a package on October 15 they told me they will deliver within 3 to 5 business days .my items was expensive clothes worth more then 2000$ they told me my package was delayed ,because the box was too big I went to get update several times and they told me the same and they will deliver my package ,a month went and there is no signs of my package found I went the office and asked them if they can help me with a claim because I didn’t know how to do it .they did not help me .I regret I went usps and I will never go back there again I lost my package and money and they told me yesterday it looks like my package was lost and it’s too late for a claim
