He’s been handling this task for me since I work out of town a lot but all of the sudden they denied him—when I called the manager he started stuttering about so rule—I offered to send my Drivers licenses to him to release the package but he denied me as well!! I became infuriated because this is a medical instrument I need ti be picked up and I can’t get to the store to get it myself! I can’t believe people still act like this over a package that don’t belong to them!! I don’t have time for this type of behavior!!! I am filing a complaint against this store with the state OAG for bad business!
