I went to pick my package thats when things got crazy. The employe at first mentioned that it was never delivered even though tracking shows its at the location. Then 20 min later wife calls the store and the manger says it was handed to some stranger that claimed he has a notarized letter to pick up item !!! There is obviously some sort of theft including an insider. A police report has been filed and my intention to take it to court. Update Reading through the previous reviews there has multiple thefts reported at this location. Please be aware.

"Someone" came in and said they had permission to pick up my package AND THEY GAVE IT TO HIM...NO QUESTIONS ASKED...NO ID...NO SIGANTURE. They could care less that they gave my package to a random person and never even apologized for the mistake. THEY DIDN'T CARE. DON'T GO TO THIS STORE!

Great job on making sure you're associates have the tools and knowledge they need to get the job done right to make things successful and stress free. The employees at this store are younger and I'm impressed with their behavior and work ethics. Always respectful, doing their job, never see them standing around, or on their phones. Great job!!
