Pleasant staff, was greeted at the door, but they couldn't read the label and wanted to charge $3.50 plus tax to print another one. They also charge for tape

Useless staff. Too busy not listening to the customer and telling them what they can't do versus actually listening and trying to help. Will never go here again. For context, I was trying to get a package picked up from my house because it's too heavy and too large to bring in myself. Staff suggested I get help from other people I know and bring it in anyway. Guess they figured I had a flat bed pickup truck or something. They put the "Oops" in UPS.

Passport photo experience was messy and lengthy. Issues with digital copies sent and the photos weren’t immediately accepted online on the government webpage. Not to mention the researched price was almost double what it said online. I do not recommend.
Employee was helpful and did try her best!
