Unfortunately, the experience here was disappointing. The staff didn’t seem very kind and even gave me a hard time over something as small as tape. It really took away from what I was hoping would be a convenient and positive experience.

I often drop off heavy or large boxes, and the staff always handle them with great care, as if they were their own. When I needed help with a heavy-duty dolly, they didn’t hesitate to lend me one, which made things so much easier. What really stands out is how friendly and helpful the staff are, even when it’s busy. Unlike other locations where long lines and rush make it hard to ask for help, this store always feels calm and organized. Overall, I truly appreciate their service and will definitely keep coming back!
