- SRStaci ReneeOct 31, 20251.0Very disappointed to find that many “Primo Water Refill & Exchange” locations do not actually have a refill station. This is one of those. I drove to the one at Lowe’s as well but to no avail. Primo, please be more specific about where your refill stations are located. It will save your loyal customers time, money and energy - and cause them to value the clean, fresh water all the more. Thank you so much!
