I used my debit card and put 10.00 worth of credit on the self serve printer. Well I was ti.ed out and was only able to use .50 of my 10.00 which was charged to my debit card and I just happened to notice that I was charged another 25.00 for a hold on my debit card for only .50 worth of copies that I was able to make! 3 days later still no credit to my debit card! I wish I would have known that I was getting ripped off before I used the machine! They need a sign saying that you could be debited 25.00 just for the privilege of using their printers! I will not be back and will let everyone I know who uses their services to be cautious when dealing with fedex!

After a few minutes the attendant switched to me while the customer decided if she wanted to pay $60+ to send a drivers license overnight. My price was $73+. Normally I don’t care what happens after I get my receipt but this was a package that was fragile and my wife asked me to make sure it was packed correctly. The attendant wanted to take care of everyone that was in line before finishing my needs.

If that is the culture this manager is creating, it’s no wonder this location has such poor reviews. If you can, I would recommend a different FedEx storefront location for your Printing needs.
