They don’t care what you need and don’t ask questions because you bother them. I needed to send a care package for my sailor and they could care less😡. All I needed was a box and none of the employees could help.

They are in no hurry to help you and will not go out of their way to try to help. this is including the male manager that works there

I used my debit card and put 10.00 worth of credit on the self serve printer. Well I was ti.ed out and was only able to use .50 of my 10.00 which was charged to my debit card and I just happened to notice that I was charged another 25.00 for a hold on my debit card for only .50 worth of copies that I was able to make! 3 days later still no credit to my debit card! I wish I would have known that I was getting ripped off before I used the machine! They need a sign saying that you could be debited 25.00 just for the privilege of using their printers! I will not be back and will let everyone I know who uses their services to be cautious when dealing with fedex!
