I went into the store this evening to get a floorplan printed for work. My husband joined me. However the male attendant made no attempt to address me, ignoring my answers to his questions, and only looked to my husband for answers and spoke directly to him instead. I ended up walking out because I felt such blatant disrespect from this employee. It is 2025, women are not "lower class" than men, and I refuse to bring my business to a place of misogyny.

Carlos and two other ladies were on shift, while a customer and myself were waiting. The other 2 fed ex employees, besides Carlos, were talking and did not acknowledge me while I was waiting at the counter.. They kept talking about personal information and even got onto Carlos for helping in printing when he was supposed to be in shipping! Unprofessional behavior from these two ladies- while one of them was idle talking. Carlos deserves to have better team players. Seems like the reviews before me speak truthfully.

I had a frustrating experience with Teresa during my recent visits. Her lack of professionalism is truly alarming. Each time I walk in, I find myself waiting far too long while she fills out the shipping information, despite me providing the details clearly written down to make things easier. To make matters worse, she consistently misspells everything, leading to unnecessary complications. There was even a time when she inputted the wrong address and still had the audacity to charge me for it. When I pointed out the mistake, she initially insisted that I was the one in the wrong. Only after checking the paper did she realize her mistake, but instead of apologizing, she continued to be rude. It's incredibly frustrating to see the same level of unprofessionalism every time I visit. If Teresa can't handle her job properly, the company seriously needs to consider retraining her or finding someone who takes their job seriously. Customer service should be a priority, but her attitude is making that impossible.
