No explanation, no attempt to help—just turned away despite being there well before the posted closing time. If you’re going to list business hours, at least honor them. This was a complete waste of time and incredibly frustrating. Don’t rely on FedEx’s posted hours unless you enjoy unnecessary trips and bad service.
