- JJJuan6 days ago1.0This post office is the worst I've ever encountered. Horrible customer service. I purchased a p.o box, did the whole change of address four months ago and still no mail. I have my old landlord still calling me, saying i have mail. Ordered things from online, just to have them redirected and sent back. Waist of time.
- BFBoyd FulmerJan 17, 20261.0For Walk-in passports, their website states 9 am-12 pm on Saturdays. This is not true. No agent was present to attend us when we arrived at 10:30. They claimed that their website is wrong, passports are only M-F and they can't do anything about it since HQ manages their website. While they were explaining this, I looked over to my left to the a sign posted on the wall stating Walk-in passports Saturday 9-11pm. They claim no passports on Saturdays, but website and physical office signage states they do them... Terrible management and employees that lie. Extremely incompetent. Unfortunately, passports for children have to go through USPS....

Now need to call for details on the next shipment and automation has no idea what I am talking about and NO answers the phone. They should have shipped them to next location or called me to come get them. Corpus Christi postal workers are certainly lazy enough and careless. I had 13 Jersey Giants and 5 Brahmas. Gone thanks to Corpus Christi negligence.
