Our previous mail carrier was awesome. But the guy we have now, A lot of times he delivers packages to the wrong address. I've been lucky enough that I have some good neighbors who will bring me the packages. At this point I don't know if the guy just doesn't care about accuracy, or if he's just not paying attention while he's doing his job. I mean it literally says the address on the box and you seem to miss it half the time. It's just a bit ridiculous because these guys are paid over $80,000 a year, and they can't even be bothered to do their job properly. I miss our old mail lady. She was wonderful. Can we please get her back!?

The service at this post office has been terrible for years. The people are not friendly and couldn't care less if you get waited on. In addition the delivery has lost several pieces of mail and even packages. I buy my stamps at Walmart just to avoid any contact with them.

FRUSTRATING!!!!! I can't get my Christmas packages!! They won't put them in a box with a key for me to collect, they aren't open when the majority people are out of work, and they won't answer their little doorbell system even when I can hear them in the back talking away. I know Anna is a small town, but its less than two weeks until Christmas and they've done nothing to accommodate their increased business. It's frustrating enough they don't have Saturday hours the rest of the year, but come on!! Help us out at the holidays! The rest of the people in the real world put in extra time this time of year to make the season brighter for others; why can't they?
