This past week I was dealing with a very stressful situation dealing with a warranty exchange. (The item I was given to replace the one I have for a warranty issue was faulty and not working and I spent 2.5 hours at a T-Mobile store trying to figure it all out.). By the time I got to the UPS store I was super stressed and totally done for the day. I was given some wrong info at T-Mobile about how this was all supposed to work, but the young lady with the awesome name, Tuesday, helped me out. She immediately showed me some grace and understanding and made sure I was completely taken care of. Tuesday even took extra time to make sure my package, that I was super stressed over, made it on to the truck that was currently there to pick up packages. And made sure that I knew she cared and was there to help me. Even though they were swamped with the "after work rush" she made sure I didn't feel like just a number and felt taken care of. Because of employees like Tuesday, I will for sure make this my go to location and look forward to going back the next time I need to send items. Thank you Tuesday for making this stressed Mom feel seen and taken care of!
