- AAAmandaFeb 13, 20261.0Always marking packages as attempted delivery at 6AM. There is no way. So I go to get said package that they "attempted" to deliver. "Maybe they know it wont fit so it will still be at the post office." Wrong, get told its still on the truck so I'll have to come back when the truck comes back. Ask when the truck comes back and they tell me at around 4pm... They close at 4. So return the next day to be told I can't pick up my package because I dont have the pink slip. "Ok, fine my fault for not getting the slip out first." Return next day to pick up package with slip. Told that its back on the truck to attempt delivery. 🤦♀️ Wait around for package, get another attempted delivery notice. Finally after the 4th trip back into town I received my package. I've asked multiple times why I cannot have my package delivered to my house and have never gotten the same answer. I get multiple different types of notifications on why a package cant be delivered, from "no secure location" to "held at post office per request." I've given up on this post office and have very low expectations everytime I realize the shipper is using USPS.

They will just say they tried and move on. Im pretty understanding when it comes to mail services but this is just poor workmanship.
- VBVanessa BorgiaDec 9, 20251.0The mailman taking the 5501 route is lazy. He always stuffs our packages in the mailbox instead of dropping them off at the porch or somewhere close. If the package doesn't fit in the mailbox, then leave it at the door. Don't just keep the packages and mark them as delivered just so you can keep whatever people ordered.

Thankfully I had wrapped the item inside with bubble wrap. But the lack of care is completely disgusting and disrespectful of peoples things! Not using usps again that’s for sure..
