- DBDenise BowdenMay 7, 20241.0Two packages were delivered to my 96 year old Mom's house yesterday. She saw the delivery truck stop, someone got out and threw one package on the ground outside her cattle guard, and threw the other across the cattle guard. This is unacceptable delivery! She would have had a really hard time if the packages were heavy. It was hard enough as it was! What if it rained??? I'm very disappointed in this service and feel someone needs to know! I would give you no stars if possible!

Yesterday I was told my package had been delivered with a picture for “proof of delivery”. The picture wasn’t even taken at my house. Today’s package showed “no access to delivery spot”. My mailbox is right on the road! So two packages in two days not delivered because of what seems to be laziness. Seriously get better at choosing your mail carriers since they obviously don’t want to do their job
