- CKC KjarFeb 1, 20265.0An outstanding business. My wife and I have been customers here for 4 years when we are in Amarillo during the winter. We use this address seasonally for all our mail. It surprised me that from the second time we came in the door, we are usually greeted by name. Service has always been excellent. Even the new staff recognizes us as long term customers. This level of customer service is outstanding. I can count on this business delivering on every statement or promise they make. I like that they also offer USPS service. They always find a solution that works for me.
- WWWARRIOR WOLFJan 30, 20261.0This is the most horrible customer service I ever been too I was trying to be respectful and letting know the situation that me and my mom were having with one of our return package and all sudden they were being very hostile and try to blame us for why couldn't didn't you come back yourself and grab it because we don't accept those package even though they are the ones who accept the package and put a tracking number on it and yet we are the one's to be blame seems pretty unfair to us and I will for sure won't go back to this ups store if thats how they are going to be towards customers sty but I like using ups but today's customer service was just very unfair towards us and hoping it gets better soon.

When you arrive at the UPS store at 8 AM and go try the door at 8:15 AM and it’s still locked and the partitions are all pulled shut…not a good look
