- TYTyler Young5 days ago1.0I've been trying for nearly 3 years to get my lock fixed for my cluster box. It's still broken. Also, the wait times at this location are insane. I intentionally only use FedEx or UPS. I will never go here again.

They never stock the supplies to be able to do self-service because the bald man, Harley, that works at the counter, treats them as if they are his personal supplies and using them is an offense. He has to be the rudest government worker I’ve ever encountered and that is saying a lot. Dealing with him at the counter is not any better. Please, USPS, take a look at your staff so that coming to this location isn’t miserable for the public. The workers that work with him look miserable and people complain about him constantly.
