- FBFrancene BarnettSep 26, 20251.0Oh holy hell! I mailed my package on August 28th. It still has not been delivered. It was mailed from Florida. With gifts for my granddaughter's bday. I mailed it early so I'd be sure it would be there. It STILL has not been delivered and it's almost October. Wth is my package?? My son is going to go down there and I hope the reviews for this place are exaggerated. If people do not want their jobs, quit! So somebody that does can get a job! Unbelievable! 😠 EDIT: My thanks to Eddie of Jordan Post Office his great advice helped us to locate our packages. Thank you so much Eddie for your investigation into this matter and the fabulous result! My granddaughter will get her bday presents on time. Bless you Eddie 🙂🙂🙂
- CHChad HendrickSep 11, 20251.0The people that work at this location on the counter have always been very nice to me except for a couple of rude people but the location hours are horrible. AND they need more help in the back obviously. A package shows up after say 9am.......it doesnt get to your box until the next day. So your packages are ALWAYS a day late. And since this location closes at 5pm SHARP its almost impossible to get there in time for them to run back and grab it. Most people work until 5 or close to it and cant get there in time. I pay almost $500 a year for a box and would really expect some better service from the outrageous prices they charge me. The absolute worst location I have ever experienced. Actually all th Amarillo locations are garbage, but this is the crown jewel. IF THIS CRAPPY LOCATION WOULD DELIVER MAIL FURTHER THAN A 5 MILE RADIUS I WOULDNT HAVE TO COMPLAIN.
