- JSJohn SmithDec 29, 20251.0I have had three pieces of mail not be delivered even when it showed in the informed delivery email i receive each day. All three of these pieces of mail were coming from the Texas dept of motor vehicles, one of which was the title to my car. I no longer think this is a coincidence, when all three mail pieces are coming from the same exact place. Who ever is running the USPS Lonestar station should be fired. I complained about the missing title the day it disnt show up and was told, "sorry, we will keep an eye out for it, but thats all we can do". My mailbox, btw is a locked box and can not be accessed by anyone other than myself and the mail carrier.

I usually have instructions to deliver them to my front door but I guess the workers are too lazy to go drop it off at the door. My last package, I got a notification saying it was delivered to my parcel locker (when I said deliver to my front door) but it wasn’t in there when I went to get it. Other times I’ve been told they weren’t able to deliver my packages so I’ve had to go up there many times to pick it up 😐

- BCBill Van CampSep 20, 20251.0A couple of times I was supposed to get a delivery on a Sunday and they said they couldn't deliver the package because the office was closed and they couldn't get in. My apartment building doesn't have an office for this building and my front door is 8 feet from the mailbox. I had to drive to the post office once in a snow storm to get my medicine because they said they couldn't deliver it and got stuck in my driveway when I got home
