  I was initially intrigued about ROI after reading "The Golden Toilet" which outlined how to create system that attracts, captures, and converts customers instead of most websites which simply serve as internet billboards. I would encourage everyone to start with the book to understand what an engagement with ROI means. It's less about a fancy site and more about creating a system that works for your business (fancy site included). I've described the site as simply the tip of the iceberg with the real meat an potatoes underneath the water that does all the real work....that's where the real value lies. So I initially contracted with ROI as part of their QuickStart program to built our system. We were assigned a Project Manager who served as our guide and main point of contact through the process and she pulled in the appropriate technical resources (design, develop, copy, etc). They were super patient with us as we learned our way through it and made several last minute changes. Once the site was built and functional we transitioned into a weekly 1:1 coaching cadence to help bring clarity to our message and processes. The amount of automation and process that ROI has helped us implement has been amazing. We've even incorporated a Virtual Assistant into our workflow that helps our local team be more effective. We've been working with ROI for about 18 months now and would I've learned so much from everybody on their team about how to make our business better. Thank you Steve, Sam, Aaren and team!!
