As soon as I tried to get my first sentence out she cut me off mid way. Questioning if it’s us if we have Id just rude. I was not allowed to ask or talk. It was so incredibly uncomfortable and unexpected because the two Caucasian ppl she attended to before me were all smiles kindness and great customer service. I held back from being rude as I don’t believe in that behavior and I work in a heavy policy environment.

It was very obvious when I tried to check in for my appointment. Walked in at time of service and asked the lady at the desk where to go. She looked at me like she was annoyed and said "I mean you can go to Walgreens or somewhere". I said I had made an appointment for this location on the website. She said "for a photo?" like its new.. I said yes i have a confirmation number. She said oh well our camera is down so we can't do it. I said that "you might want to check your website then because I made the appointment there". I dont believe that their camera was "not working" as I have heard this from others when in the post office for other things. It seemed clear that they didn't want to be bothered.

The person who does our mail definitely misplaced it or just never cared to dropped it off,he always digs in people’s trash and always mixes up our mails with our neighbors. Very disappointed
