Today was an awesome experience with an amazing woman ,she made my day and helped me send a stack of cards. I can't thank her enough for her warmth and kindness. She went above and beyond for me and was an excellent representative for the post office and as an employe. Its so refreshing to have an amazing lady like that working in our post office ,she deserves a triple raise and I will be praying for her . God blesses good people

There is a grumpy older man who stands at USPS (not actually doing his job) that told me as soon as I asked if he can scan a QR code or print a label that I had on my phone to ultimately return a package that he won’t do that. He immediately felt the need to tell me that my package will not go anywhere with an old label on it and I must remove it completely (will do that once a label is printed) and also that they don’t print at USPS. When I asked how I can get a label printed he told me to go to the library. Needless to say, he doesn’t want to work at USPS. Please look into replacing him as he clearly doesn’t want to do his job. It also was not busy because I was the only customer inside. I will be getting the label printed at USPS because that is one of the services that are available for customers. The more people that file a complaint with USPS customer care about this type of service, there will be more of a paper trail to get this person removed and hopefully he can find a job that’s a better fit for him.

They have been taking my mail back and sending it back to sender because they think my house is vacant, one of them being my water bill . Why on earth would you send back a bill that’s for this house? .

Only 1 star because it’s not possible to go lower. Make an appointment but make sure you take the rest of the day off as they don’t adhere to a schedule. They also can’t update with any kind of expectations. It could be 2 o’clock it could be 430 who knows and they also don't care.
