We had such a great experience getting our first-time passports! I was a little nervous because of some of the negative reviews, but everything went smoothly. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very organized. The two of us were in and out in just 15 minutes. Couldn’t have asked for an easier or more efficient process! Highly recommend.

Alvarado, TX location... please get your Passport Acceptance Agent(s) retrained. My clients have TWICE had to pull their kids out of school and take time off of work to drive 50 minutes each way only to have their passports tossed out of processing due to something being done incorrectly. They have paid for expedited services as well and this has taken months at this point.

It's getting ridiculous not being able to get packages delivered when they are supposed to, all because the carriers are either too lazy or ignorant to common sense of reading the hours of the business and knowing the communication that has already been discussed and established for where to leave packages. I am tired of having to contact higher ups and report issues, then getting a phone call from the post master for me to drive to the post office to pick up my mail. Happens about every 3 to 4 months. DO BETTER ALVARADO USPS!!!
Out of everywhere I have lived, this post office is the absolute worst!!

Today was an awesome experience with an amazing woman ,she made my day and helped me send a stack of cards. I can't thank her enough for her warmth and kindness. She went above and beyond for me and was an excellent representative for the post office and as an employe. Its so refreshing to have an amazing lady like that working in our post office ,she deserves a triple raise and I will be praying for her . God blesses good people

There is a grumpy older man who stands at USPS (not actually doing his job) that told me as soon as I asked if he can scan a QR code or print a label that I had on my phone to ultimately return a package that he won’t do that. He immediately felt the need to tell me that my package will not go anywhere with an old label on it and I must remove it completely (will do that once a label is printed) and also that they don’t print at USPS. When I asked how I can get a label printed he told me to go to the library.
Needless to say, he doesn’t want to work at USPS.
Please look into replacing him as he clearly doesn’t want to do his job. It also was not busy because I was the only customer inside.
I will be getting the label printed at USPS because that is one of the services that are available for customers. The more people that file a complaint with USPS customer care about this type of service, there will be more of a paper trail to get this person removed and hopefully he can find a job that’s a better fit for him.
