On the notice that was left, there was no instruction for scheduling a redelivery, only an unmarked box indicating there would be a final delivery attempt. So I waited. Ten days later the post office returned the package to Europe without a second delivery attempt. When I asked about it at the post office, I was given no apology or explanation. Unfortunately, this is par for the quality of service in Alpine, Texas.
