- MJMaria JonesFeb 28, 20223.0Mail delivery getting worse by the day. Keep leaving me notes blaming me for the sender address mistakes & that I need to fix it. How can I when I have no control over senders errors!!!. We have mail contract delivery to the way to Terlingua, they have been delivering our mail for 20 years, they know who we are & what box # is ours, just getting lazy? They hold my packages for pick up saying that I requested it. Why would I drive 1 hr each way to the PO in Alpine when their job is to deliver it to my mailbox !!! Also leaving wrong mail in my box & have found some mail on the ground by the mailboxes!!!

I have repeatedly asked them to place packages in a parcel locker because of this. They prefer to hold my stuff hostage instead. They also rarely answer the phone. Disappointing.
- CBCharlie BFeb 10, 20201.0The staff is friendly, but hands down one of the most inefficient agencies. Routinely lose my personal packages, packages for work as well. It’s not uncommon to receive a yellow slip notifying me of a package to pickup, only to get to the counter after a long wait and find out they have no clue where my package is. I’ve experienced on multiple occasions my PO Box packages delivered to my home address and vice versa. Also, my packages regularly show up late, sometimes up to weeks late, or do not show at all. It’s frustrating for me, and the line that often backs up to the door as a result of inefficiency.
