How can I when I have no control over senders errors!!!. We have mail contract delivery to the way to Terlingua, they have been delivering our mail for 20 years, they know who we are & what box # is ours, just getting lazy? They hold my packages for pick up saying that I requested it. Why would I drive 1 hr each way to the PO in Alpine when their job is to deliver it to my mailbox !!! Also leaving wrong mail in my box & have found some mail on the ground by the mailboxes!!!
