the majority of the workers here are so disrespectful and miserable. seems like they are unwilling to help and should probably consider a different job where they don't work with people. i have been here twice and both times i have been treated poorly. all i have ever came here for is a simple drop off, yet the self service drop off is always jammed and if you attempt to inform them its broken they snap at you.

Wanted ship package Kiosk machine broken. Does not work. Cannot even print a prepaid label as no ink it said. Went to front desk line. Waited long time. Got to cashier. She said I need go back and write To and From addresses on the physical box with a pen or marker. And to wait in line again. I asked her if she can type it in the computer to print a label, she said no. I just left.

Not sure how anyone can give this place more than one star - I'd give it zero if I could! The workers here are miserable and their attitude shows it. I dealt with two of their employees, both of which were extremely rude, but it was nothing compared to how they talked to other customers. "Nope. Can't help with that.", "Hurry up, we're about to close.", etc. are extremely common here. There were 3 ladies that I saw, all of which were rude. There was one gentleman that seemed like he was nice but I didn't hear anything from him. I'm assuming they're like that due to their boss (assuming that's who she was), who at 5:59 PM came out of the back, loudly yelling "Let's go, let's go, we're closing, get out of here!". I rarely use USPS and this experience will ensure that I avoid them at all costs.

I had a missing package to Allen and created a service request. A woman named Parkland called from Allen Post Office and told me that USPS Ground Advantage can take upto 30 days to receive the package and closed the ticket. She told me that she put a tracker on the ticket, but when I followed up another CS Representative told me that Parkland added comments in the ticket that the package is with a third party. It was a worst experiene and the emplyeee name is PARKLAND.

I don't even know where to begin. For starters, I seldomly go to the post office, maybe going 5 times in my entire lifetime. I visited this location to mail something around 10-ish minutes before closing, dropped it off in the mail thing without issue. My problem isn't from what I experienced, rather what I heard others experiencing who were being helped by people <20 feet away from me while I was situating my mail. The workers here were obscenely rude to the people trying to mail things. They were being abhorrent, referring to the people harshly and constantly saying things like "you should've come earlier", etc. Mind you, the store wasn't even closed yet. I thought people were complaining just for the sake of it, but no, this place is genuinely as bad as everyone says it is. Genuinely absurd and I've done my due diligence in reporting this location to both the OIG and PRC. To any employees who may read my review, please be kind to people. If you are genuinely as miserable as you behaved, just quit your job and work somewhere that isn't customer-facing. Absolutely appalling. 2/5.
