There are about 30 people in line including 2 older ladies that can hardly stand. Enough!! It time to privatize USPS so that employees that do this are properly fired for negligence.

The lady handling passport applications and photo service was rude, dismissive and seemed annoyed by even basic questions. It’s frustrating to see such poor customer service for something as important as a passport application. The lack of professionalism and care made what should have been a simple process incredibly stressful. She didn't cared to review the application, nor let me take photo of the application and money order to verify if the details filled were correct. If you are planning to get a passport especially for a child, I would strongly recommend finding a different location. This experience was a complete disappointment and not what I would expect from a government service center.
