First time I shipped my package, UPS returned it claiming the receiver didn’t accept it, which was completely untrue. It never even reached the destination, and there were no real delivery attempts despite what they said. Every UPS location It went through just pointed fingers at each other, and no one took responsibility. I was told I’d be reimbursed for the first failed attempt, but that never happened. Instead, I had to pay for a second shipping label out of my own pocket. And after all that, the package arrived completely damaged. To make matters worse, my local UPS Store just shrugged it off, saying it’s “corporate’s problem” and even suggested I switch to another carrier. If you’re branded as a UPS Store, customers should expect accountability, not excuses and zero support. This was a complete waste of money and time. UPS really needs to get it together. Update , no one cared to reach out after attempting . And I didn't get a refund either. $200 with now trashed
