I sent a package from this store as I always do but this time my package took twice the delivery time. I felt like it was unfair to me that I paid so much for a delivery and the package arrived five days late. I spoke to the store and they were unhelpful in any way. Iasked for a refund and they said they could not offer me a refund. I have been using this store for three years and as a customer I feel as if the store could have handled things better. I asked for the manager's support and the manager wouldn't even get on the phone with me, instead they put the responsibility on their employee.

A young man behind the counter was patronizing. I told him I didn’t appreciate his lack of professionalism to which he replied, “I don’t work for you.” Ironically, this was after I paid him to deliver my package. 2 stars for working for me; a deduction of 3 for his lack of awareness.
