Even though they have self-printing stations, they refused to let me use them and instead told me to email my documents to the store. Then they charged me extra, calling it an “assistance fee.” To make matters worse, the staff said they didn’t receive my email the first time, so I sent it again. Later, she claimed she had two copies, printed everything twice, and charged me double. I ended up paying $9 for just 5 documents totaling 15 pages — way overpriced for such poor service. Very unprofessional and dishonest. Definitely won’t be coming back.
