Terrible services. I drop off Fedex Express packages 2 times a day. The old no hair guy always unhappy to see me with many packages. One time he missed scanning and gave me back a package saying I dropped it twice. I said no you missed 1 out of 17. And he was so mad. I avoid this place

Twice I have come here to return a package where it says no box is needed and they have tried to get me to buy a box even after I showed the messaging seen below in the image. They said they didn’t get that message on their end. So I went to a neighboring FedEx and returned it with no issues and asked if they got the message on their end and they said that they do have a message that they will package the item. I find it very shady and dishonest to try to get me to buy a box when it’s not needed. I’m no longer going to come to this location.

David who I spoke to inside the store was very rude and short about my questions and process. Unsure why but I wish I hadn’t sent my package with this location. Will definitely not be coming back.

I’d give a minus star review if I could!!!! Absolutely the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. This is not the first time, but you bet my life it’s absolutely the last. Do yourself a favor and drive down the road to the next FedEx. They go out of their way to help you. The owner of this franchise ought to be ashamed of themselves for allowing such behavior!
I think what really upsets me the most, I am a small business that uses FedEx daily to ship thousands of dollars worth of merchandise each year, to walk into a store and be treated like a piece of crap makes me second guess my shipping partners.
