- SSShawnFeb 3, 20261.0One of the worst shipping experiences I’ve ever had with FedEX I shipped a package with FedEx on January 26, 2026, and it was supposed to be delivered on Thursday, January 29, 2026. I even allowed a few extra days because of weather conditions, trying to be reasonable. It is now February 3rd, and my package is still sitting in Plano, TX, not moving at all. I have repeatedly called FedEx trying to cancel the shipment and have it returned to me, and the experience has been a complete waste of time. The local FedEx office and customer service were equally unhelpful no clear answers, no solutions, and no accountability. Andrew at this location used his store business name so whenever I was on the phone customer service they wouldn’t help me as if I wasn’t the lawful owner of the package. Andrew must be trained better on handling customers shipment properly. This company is incredibly disorganized and incompetent. I would never recommend FedEx to anyone, and I will be avoiding them entirely going forward.

I went in to print some signage for my wedding. I attempted to do it by myself and quickly realized I needed help. Originally, the service was going to take a day (which is fast) but I needed it done ASAP. The end result was exactly what I needed. I want to give a shout out to Sean 👏🏾 and Elijah 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 for everything. FedEX/Kinkos can you please update your system to allow for staff tips because I would’ve given your staff something special. I hope the next time I come in that’s an option!! Gentlemen well done. ❤️
