This time the cashier told me what I had was fine and he can “just tape it up”. My package didn’t make it on the day it was suppose to. Instead it showed as not moving from Hutchins Texas. When I called FedEx to inquire why my package hasn’t been moved in 3 days, they said it was because of the package my item was in. It was incompatible. SMH.
- BBBarbaraJul 16, 20253.0The first time I went in, I was very impressed, I get medicine delivered every month. This time I went in there was one man Jim , he made me wait while he did his packages. Then I said, can I pick up a package and he took his time and he scanned more packages I said I have to get to work and I have to get this package first. . He said I have to scan my packages first , and he took his time scanning them, another man came out of the back , and looked at me and I shrugged my shoulders like I guess he doesn’t wanna help me. The phone rang and Jim, who was ignoring me pretty much ,…answered it while I stood there. That’s how I knew his name. He said FedEx this is Jim . the other guy looked at him, so he finally came over to help me. I’m now late for work because he had an attitude. I guess I’ll have to go to a different FedEx. I gave it a three because it’s clean and my first visit was good but this guy he put a bad taste in my mouth and I don’t need to wait When there are no other customers . I get it he has to scan his packages, but it took two seconds to pick up my package and hand it to me. I’m very disappointed because this was a convenient location for when I have to go to work and pick up my Meds.
