- JQJoey QuinonesFeb 25, 20261.0I stopped by the Post Office at 11936 Bellaire Blvd, Alief, TX 77411 on February 25, 2026, between 9:30 and 10:00 AM to pick up 52 medium Priority Mail boxes that I had pre-ordered online a week ago and had not yet received. While counting the boxes, a staff member approached me and told me the boxes were “for customers” and that I should only take a few. He also stated that I could order boxes online and receive them overnight. I explained that I had already placed an order a week ago and had not received the boxes. His response was that he was experiencing the same issue. The staff member was rude and could have handled the situation in a more professional manner. Because of this experience, I will not be shipping anything from that location and will instead use the Katy location, even though it is 35 minutes away.

I was confused and asked why tape isn't free when I already purchased the box. I only needed two small pieces. The dude went on to lecture me about why nothing is free in life even though I told him I was gonna pay for the tape anyway. Honestly the worst attitude I've seen at a USPS.
