They are the best I walked out With a very satisfied experience. Definitely recommend this post office. Will definitely come back.
- NNNeenaNov 13, 20255.0I dont know why this get so many low rating but if you had experienced other post office you would appreciate the staffs here more. Previously I made an appointment for US passport at beechnut location and they were horrible. With the appointment I and others are ahead of me had to wait for 2 hours to realized when we check in we didn't bring all the requirements and have to come back another day. It was so frustrating. Then my friend recommended this place, I walk in in the morning with no appointment, and right away a gentleman ask me what I'm here for, I said I dont have an appointment and he checked if I got everything ready so that I just dont waste my time waiting, and tell someone to help me right away. It was fast and efficient, I didn't have to wait for a second. To be honest, I was more appreciated with place like here that they really trying to help you.

- GQGrace QiSep 19, 20251.0The old man who is in charge of doing passports should be fired. Absolutely the worst experience in my life. My mom and I came in with a scheduled passport photo appointment and he treated us with annoyance and very bad attitude. Did not end up taking the photo due to his false requirements. I tried to correct him but he answered “are you trying to do my job?” On the way out, he joked that even if we didn’t get the photo we shouldn’t “try to run over people” even though we were walking slowly. On top of this, he also treated other customers poorly. He mocked a confused lady and said “go home and tell your mom.” She did not mention anything about her mom and was clearly old enough to live on her own. The man also seems like he hates his job. When he was taking a picture of a girl before me, he lazily held the camera like he was falling asleep and casually took a few snaps. Looking through the other reviews, it seems like many people have had the same experiences. 0 stars for this post office branch for ignoring people’s comments and allowing for situations like this to happen over and over again.
